Correspondence course degrees will not be considered for admission to the LLM program. As part of its general LLM program, Duke offers certificates in Environmental and Energy Law; Business Law; Intellectual Property, Science and Technology Law; and New Ventures and Entrepreneurship.
If I go to Duke, I know I'll have to do the JD/LLM program to get access to their IL opportunities. Duke is the cheaper option for me, but I didn't envision doing a dual degree. Law school is stressful enough as it is.
