Sep 30, 2016 · Before We Were Strangers is the third book I have read by her, and again it blew me away. I will say it now, I loved this one a hundred times more than Swear On This Life. This might be my favorite Renee Carlino book! I suffered the proverbial book hangover over this one.
A couple of friends and I just finished before we were strangers by Renee Carlino for our book club, and there were very polarizing thoughts on the book. My opinion erred on the negative side of things regarding general writing style, characterization and plot, but wanted to see what others thought of the book or any other works by the author!
