    • "Goodbye" — Season 3, Episode 22. The Season 3 finale, "Goodbye," centers on the high school graduation of multiple original characters. It ends with the now-memorable sequence where Finn breaks up with Rachel, allowing her to move to New York and pursue her Broadway dreams.
    • "Pilot" — Season 1, Episode 1. Many shows peak with their Pilot episodes, and there's an argument for Glee being one. The show's first episode is an iconic part of late 2000s culture, the chaotic introduction of the New Directions and the audience's first taste of the show's unique and subversive campy humor.
    • "Nationals" — Season 3, Episode 21. After three seasons of hard work, the New Directions finally won the Nationals competition in the appropriately titled episode, "Nationals."

    • "Goodbye" (Season 3, Episode 22) If Glee hadn’t been renewed for three more seasons, this episode would have been the perfect wrap-up. After being defeated for two years in a row, the New Directions come back to McKinley with a trophy and popularity.

    • Born This Way (S2.E18) - 8.5. "Born This Way" features Rachel contemplating a nose job after Finn accidentally breaks her nose during dance rehearsal. This provokes Santana to point out everyone's "bad qualities" and has everyone dealing with their own insecurities, even Kurt, who re-enrolls at McKinley after leaving because of Karofsky's bullying.
    • Wheels (S1.E9) - 8.6. Glee's tackling deep issues could be hit or miss, but "Wheels" does a great job at highlighting an issue that affects people every day.
