- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Groups Download Manager.” The next page will be the Download Manager, which will invite you to fill in the email address you want to be notified at (your Yahoo email address will already be filled in, but you can fill in any). Yahoo will then notify you when your download is ready.

Once you receive an email notification stating that your download is ready, visit the Privacy Dashboard again. Scroll down to Download a summary of your data. Click Your download requests.
Although scheduled to go offline on 1/31, as of right now, the Yahoo Groups Download Manager is still working (or at least it accepted my request). If past experience is any indicator, I suspect this capability will go away sometime tomorrow, when someone comes into work on Monday and begins to shut down these functions.
In about 1–10 days (variable, and possibly longer, depending on Yahoo's backlog) you will be notified that your data is ready for download, after which download links will be available on the GetMyData page.
