I use hellofresh a lot less now, but the benefit of it is that you have absolutely everything you need with a set of instructions to make a meal and it takes a lot of the emotional labor, the mental burden, off of you. So it makes it easier to actually use the ingredients. Reply reply.
Expensive, but worth it for a learning experience. Fair enough. I got a 16 free meal coupon but honestly, HelloFresh seems kind of "money grabby." At checkout it said I only got 9 free meals, some meals cost extra, ($9 per serving is not cheap) their sides and extras, like desserts aren't cheap either.
HelloFresh is great for people who love following cooking instructions, and they have a lot of fridge space to accommodate all of the packaging. Also, if you get easily overwhelmed with having a lot to do, this isn't for you. Cooking from scratch, doesn't only help ground you, it also helps you know exactly what you're eating. Hello Fresh is a massive drain on income, and wasteful. In addition to the two required sponsored streams, I kept the hello fresh branded overlays on my streams for the duration of the sponsorship.
