Apr 13, 2019 · I have made all previous HDtracks purchases while using an older Windows 8.1 laptop. I am now using Windows 10 on a new computer. I cannot download the manager to receive new purchases? On their homw page there is a "Launch Download Manager" but nothing happens when I attempt.
May 9, 2014 · I would not call HDTracks shady just because of their download manager. From what others have said in other threads here, their customer service will get back to you. I would not be surprised if they would refund your money if you do not want to use their dl manager due to the java concern.
Bought the Miles Davis TuTu album on HDtracks but the download manager keeps giving me trouble: I tried it on my Macbook, and windows7 pc, wireless and wired, rebooted, deleted unfinished files and wrote to HDtracks.

You can also purchase it from Qobuz in 24/96 in any format…WAV, flac, etc. and download to own for less than HDtracks. And you don’t even need to be a streaming member. Just saying.
