Feb 8, 2017 · Such is the buzz around The Ferryman, it sold-out the limited Royal Court run in one day, becoming the fastest-selling production in the 60-year history of the theatre. Following the speed in which the play sold-out, West End producer Sonia Friedman said ‘It became clear to us even then that there was a far larger demand to see the play than the Court run could ever accommodate.
