If you are unable to claim online, you may be able to claim by phone instead. Call the Universal Credit Helpline on 0800 328 5644 (0800 012 1331 in Northern Ireland). If you’ve received a migration notice as part of the managed migration process, you can also claim via phone.

Contact your child’s trust fund provider before they turn 18 using the government website. You’ll need basic information like their National Insurance number.
