Havoc has stolen Thunderbird 3, stranding Kayo and Alan in the Midpoint Salvage Exclusion Zone. Pirates Reece and Dobbs in turn steal the Chaos Cruiser, but are unable to fly it properly, and narrowly miss killing Alan and Kayo.
The chase is on and Kayo and Alan work quickly to re-capture Thunderbird 3 from Havoc. Meanwhile, Scott's efforts to extract the escape pod run into additional complications.
Kayo detected Havoc and instructed Alan to continue searching. At the same time, she dealt with the security threat through a series of physical altercations. Alan soon revealed that the escape capsule wasn't in the MSEZ. They then found themselves locked out of Thunderbird 3, which Havoc had commandeered.
