Step-free access is available upon request via an alternative wheelchair entrance, which is next to the Stage Door on Jermyn Street, behind the theatre. A drop-off point is available directly opposite the accessible entrance.
Criterion Theatre. Whilst there are two pillars on either side of the eyeline, you have a clear view of 98% of the stage (and the 2% has nothing happening in that space anyway). Excellent view and comfortable seat, great sound/acoustics as well.
