  3. Students are permitted to register in a maximum of eighteen (18) units per semester (Fall/Spring). However, students with a cumulative 3.0 grade point average (GPA) with 12 (twelve) or more units (excluding ESL) completed at SBCC are automatically able to enroll in up to 20 (twenty) units.

  4. All new students are required to register for PD 101B, which is an orientation class that meets during Welcome Week. Starting in Summer Session: Students admitted for summer must attend in-person or contact their International Advisor to request a deferral to fall semester before June 2.
