  4. Complete scam. Honestly they're a lucky to get one star. Appalling experience from start to finish. The plug and drive is a complete scam. No matter how well you drive the score always came back poor. I even decided to not use my car for a week to test the theory, and surprise surprise, when the weekly report came through it was still poor.
