On my Smartcode Touchscreen, the batteries drain within one week. The Wireless Card LEDs are staying on. Remove the battery pack, press and hold the program button for 10 seconds.

Hi Mac58, To reset your Zigbee lock, it must first go through an "exclusion" process that resets it. To do this, press button “B” on the lock's interior nine times.
