  2. 3 days ago · 1 reply. As for so many others, I can’t log into my account via the app or via the website. I just get stuck in an endless loop coming back to the ‘please enter your email’ screen and data entry box. Looks like the security features haven’t been set up properly?

  5. Sign in to your BlackBerry Online Account and then navigate to Profile in the upper right. Select the pencil icon next to your password to change it. I am having trouble verifying my email. Check the spam folder in your email client for an email from do_not_reply@post.blackberry.com.

  6. You can have the instructions about resetting your BlackBerry ID password sent to the email address that you use as your BlackBerry ID username. For security reasons, your BlackBerry ID password can't be reset for you.

  8. Dec 6, 2021 · When I open 'Settings > Blackberry ID > Sign in' and enter my credentials and hit 'sign-in' I'm presented with an error message that reads: "Unable to sign in to Blackberry ID. Make sure that you have set the current date and time and try again." I check the date & time and it's all good.
