Feb 9, 2018 · This issue occurs in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, the Server Message Block version 1 (SMBv1) network protocol is no longer installed by default. It was superseded by SMBv2 and later protocols starting in 2007. Microsoft publicly deprecated the SMBv1 protocol in 2014.
Dec 4, 2020 · I have been trying to connect my old PB to my Win 10 computer for some time now. The computer recognises when it's connected. BB Desktop Manager and BB Link both recognise that the PB is there, but for some reason, unlike before, it simply won't connect fully.

Apr 8, 2017 · Can't Connect Tablet to Windows 10. It hasn't been used for a few years, but I recently decided to use the Playbook as an ePub book reader again. In the past I had loaded books to it via the USB port, but I haven't been able to get either the Blackberry Device Manager or Desktop Manager to work with Windows 10.
Feb 14, 2023 · I’ve found an application for Windows but didn’t manage to get it to work. Maybe you’ll be luckier than me. The installer can be found in “Windows Apps for BARs” folder. The second one is an exclusive game for BlackBerry PlayBook that used to be free in the BlackBerry World app store, so no one made a .bar file for it.
