Sep 27, 2023 · At this point, you can optionally delete the World of Warcraft folder in Program Files (x86). But i would only do this if you want to uninstall all versions of WoW, baring in mind that reinstalling retail for example is a 90GB download to reinstall. Reboot your system and then re-install battle.net.
Apr 26, 2021 · I’ve been trying to launch WoW through the Battle.net launcher, but it’s indicating I need to install it first (for retail, classic & tbcc beta). Worked fine at every other point, until today. Clicked “Locate the game” & went to it, but message states “This folder doesn’t contain the correct version of this game.
Oct 4, 2023 · Here are the steps to follow to reset WoW’s UI: Exit World of Warcraft. In the Battle.net desktop app > go to Options > select Show in Explorer. Open the World of Warcraft folder. Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
