Olongapo ([ʔoˌloːŋ.ɡɐˈpo]), officially the City of Olongapo (Filipino: Lungsod ng Olongapo; Ilocano: Siudad ti Olongapo; Sambal: Siyodad nin Olongapo; Kapampangan: Lakanbalen/Ciudad ning Olongapo), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines. Olongapo has at least three waterfalls. Less than 10 kilometers from the heart of the city is Mampueng Falls. It is located in the middle of a lush forest and takes more than two hours of trekking to reach. On the other side of the mountain is Martin Falls which is nearer than Mampueng Falls.
