Jeff Wincott is as good a fighter as Van Damme, if not better. Absurd plot about a scientologyish cult of martial arts vigilantes working for a corrupt mayoral candidate. Fight scenes are amazing, and dangerous. It's action schlock. Entertaining and the right amount of unintentionally funny.
