About Sapphire. In 2007 Rayna & Steve Tucker (Frazee native) moved from Alaska to purchase Ice Cracking Lodge Restaurant. After 12 years of owning Ice Cracking and raising our kids in Detroit Lakes we decided to do something different and sold in 2019 to purchase the old country kitchen building.
