    We ask that groups arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled entry time, for check in and greeting from a SPY agent.

    Your group should meet outside of the Group Entrance, located to the right of the main entrance doors of the museum. Where can our bus park? Buses can drop off and pick up in front of the SPY Museum. There is information regarding other parking options here.

    If you are running late, please email arrival@spymuseum.org or text (502)791-5779, and include group name, visitation time and a phone number where the Museum may contact you. The Museum will make every effort to work with your adjustment request, based on ticket availability.

    We do not require a deposit. Final counts and payment are required by no later than 14 business days prior to the visit date.

    Groups may carry bagged lunches with them, however, there is no space inside the museum for lunches to be eaten. Seating and other dining options can be found here.

    To include Bond In Motionin your visit, youth groups (18 years or younger) need to be a maximum of 15 guests and must include 2 adult chaperones.

    Yes, discounts for groups (10 or more people) vary. We have a limited number of group tickets available daily, especially on holidays and peak visitation periods.
