Aug 9, 2013 · Watching "I Give It a Year," a new romantic comedy directed by Dan Mazer (he also wrote the screenplay), is a bizarre experience. It's not romantic in the slightest, and it is quite comedic on occasion, but the parts don't fit together at all.
Feb 6, 2013 · I Give It a Year is all a bit slapdash and far from a vintage rom-com but it would be unfair to ignore the masking effect of winning gags and a superior (if not always well-utilised) cast.
