Jun 24, 2015 · Press the "Restart" button at the bottom-right of the display. There's more than one way to do a hard reset, here are the options: Option 1: Power off the device, then power up again. Hold down the power switch for about 3 seconds, until you see a black screen with button choices.
1) De-activate your phone from your carrier (this may have been automatically done when if you upgraded to a new phone) 2) Make sure any passcodes/locks are deactivated 3) Remove personal information from phone before sending into TechPayout.
