Jul 18, 2009 · Use the ALT + RIGHT SHIFT KEY + DEL method and you will not loose any programs or just remove you battery and put i back in. Quickpull is a great app also. BB App World offers it for free. If none of these methods work for your BB, then your BB is screwed.
From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar > select the Settings icon > System > Reset options > Factory data reset > RESET PHONE > ERASE EVERYTHING. Note: A Factory data reset will revert the device back to factory settings.
