May 20, 2012 · I've looked at the video that was posted in November but I still cant find a way to reset the password... Enable Hotspot, Options>Networks and Connections>Mobile Hotspot Connections, then scroll down to Options and change your password (Passphrase).

I forgot my password. Please visit our Reset Your Password page. I did not receive the email to reset my password. Check the spam folder in your email client for an email from do_not_reply@post.blackberry.com. We also recommend adding this email to your address book or whitelist so it is not treated as spam in the future.
