Via the SmartThings Find service, tap the device you wish to reset the password of, and then click on Unlock. This will wipe any other passwords you have set up on the phone. Confirm your choice and sign into your Samsung account if prompted.
If your locked phone is online, you can reset or unlock your phone from another device using Google’s Find my device app. Download and install the app and log in with the Google ID which you had used to register the locked phone. After a while, you will be able to locate your locked device.
