Apr 27, 2016 · There are a number of simple ways to do this, from removing the phone’s battery to wiping its settings. These methods should cover most BlackBerry devices, but there may be specific ways to reset your device’s particular model. You can find these in your phone’s instruction manual.
- Performing a Hard Reset: Open the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry. Remove the battery from the phone. You can perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry Z10 by pressing and holding the Power button on the top of the phone for about 10 seconds.
