Jul 12, 2007 · the master reset only wipes data, not the OS, correct? By going settings > security > wipe handheld : that will remove everything BUT the OS.. using a program like JL-Cmder/CrackMem/CrackUtli - that will remove everything INCLUDING the OS.
Options > Security > General Settings > Menu > Wipe Handheld. This will clear you device of ALL personal data, settings, messages, calendar, etc.
Can you do a master reset on a BB? I need to do one so I get up to 12million whatever I need. I did a battery pull last night and had almost 13 million but now I am down to 10million I would like to start fresh but if not or if is too complicated I am not going to do it.
