Jan 20, 2020 · You should be able to get a plain blank numberless SIM sent by contacting Customer Services and do the number swap through your online account. As there seems to be some problems, you can do a SIM swap through a Vodafone Store and they will have the number transferred to the new SIM in less than an hour.
