    • Press the Win+R keys to open Run, type lusrmgr.msc into Run, and click/tap on OK to open Local Users and Groups.
    • Click/tap on Users in the left pane of Local Users and Groups. (see screenshot below step 3).
    • Right click or press and hold on the name (ex: "Brink2") of the local account you want, and click/tap on Properties.

    If you have added security questions when you set up your local account for Windows 11, then you can answer security questions to sign back in. If you are using a work device that is on a network, you may not see an option to reset your password or PIN. In that case, contact your administrator. 2.Answer your security questions. 3.Enter a new password. 4.Sign in as usual with a new password.
