Was trying to get me to go to something called support.me. I read that support.me is 100% a scam. Is this true? Anyone who tries to get you to do that is a scam?

They asked me to go to my computer and type supportme.com and I was given an access # to enter. I know!! I'm so stupid!! I did and they had access to my computer while I watched.
