Coven is less “horror” and more “story”. It expands the Murphyverse with some fantastic lore and characters and acts as a blueprint, in some ways, for how the whole series evolves. Especially as the product of the whole I love it.
American Horror Story: Coven is an exercise in cattiness, and I’m shocked to say that on the whole, it makes for quite a good vehicle for a season of television.
i find it odd that coven is some people's favourite season, but it's still a good season. like others have said it isn't really scary but its very entertaining to watch. the cast is amazing and i have love for all the characters. it also connects to s8 so its defo worth the watch.
