Epoch was a great, classic B-Movie that actually had good CGI for a TV made film, decent to good acting, and a story that actually got me hooked because it felt like i was watching something made by Michael Crichton and Steven Spielberg, only on a much smaller budget.
In this one David Keith plays an all knowing scientist that is brought in by the government to figure out what a huge ice cream cone shaped rock from space is doing landing in the Far East. Turns out the ice cream cone is 4 billion years old and is here fix Planet Earth.
