After the death of Prue on May 17th, 2001, the Power of Three was temporarily broken before the Halliwells' long lost half-sister, Paige, was revealed. She received her powers and joined Piper and Phoebe, taking Prue's place in the Power of Three and reconstituting the Charmed Ones.
So I've been thinking about this for a while ever since Cole mentioned it in 4x1 when the demons thought that Paige was another Charmed one and that she had reconstituted the power of 3 and before they knew she was another sister. Is that possible?

From this, I always felt like their primary powers were the ones tied to the Charmed destiny, and that their secondary powers were more personal to each sister as an individual, developing out of their personalities instead.
I’ve mentioned this in other threads but I think the Charmed ones should become the new elders/witches council. During this process they’re looking for the next charmed ones to protect them from any potential threats before they’re able to use their powers.
