Heli is a 2013 Mexican crime drama film directed by Amat Escalante and produced by Jaime Romandía. Featuring newcomers Armando Espitia, Andrea Vergara, Linda González, and Juan Eduardo Palacios, the film premiered in competition for the Palme d'Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival . [1]
It's when the female detective tries to seduce Heli that Heli finally reacts against authority and is able to escape his position of abuse. It's this action that ultimately allows the final scene to come to fruition, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful final shots of any film I've seen.

HELI is a Mexican crime film marketed as a dark and disturbing thriller that reveals the terrible fall-out that follows on from an ordinary family falling foul of drug dealing gang members. What reviews also failed to mention is that it's rather dull and stodgy, for the most part.
