is the Standard Arabic dub of Miraculous, les aventures de Ladybug et Chat Noir. It premiered on Disney Channel on December 4, 2015, as a preview before properly premiering on February 8, 2016. All episodes of the dub premiere alongside the Greek dub.
This dub also airs on the national Saudi Arabian broadcaster MBC3 as of February 6, 2017.
The following lists the original premieres on Disney Channel.
On MBC3, the dub airs heavily censored, due to the network's Islamic broadcasting regulations. Any strong instances of romance and kissing are entirely removed; this censorship not only removes one of the core concepts of the series, but it also heavily effecting the understanding of episode plots, or shortens episodes' original run times significantly.
A primary example is the dub of the episode "Dislocœur" ("Dark Cupid"), which is fully unedited on Disney Channel airings, yet was heavily censored on MBC3, causing it to have a shortened run time of 14 minutes rather than the original 22 minutes.
The episode "L'Imposteur" (Copycat) was left completely unaired.
In the season 5 episode "Adoration", during one of the last scenes in which Marinette asked Zoé whom she was in love with, Zoé simply looks at her, heavily implying that she is in love with Marinette, and with Marinette then saying she was honored Zoé views her in this light. Although nothing was cut in this dub, the adapted dialogue was censored, as homosexuality is seen as taboo in the Arab world and illegal in several, if not most Arab countries. After Zoé looks at Marinette, Marinette's response in this dub roughly translates to: "You don't have to tell me".
•Sometimes, this dub experiences issues of missing dialogue.
•When the dub of the episode "Ladybug" originally premiered, some dialogue was left completely blank, although this was later fixed is re-airings.
•The season 4 opening initially did not include Marinette's narration at the beginning. It was later confirmed by a member of the dubbing team that this was a mistake in the mix, and was fixed in the next episode.
•However, the episode "Éphémère" ("Ephemeral") still has the same error.
