Overview. The episode begins with an Iron Kong fighting amidst a wind farm, against three Sabre Tigers, who fuse to form a gigantic "Cerberus", a massive three headed Zoid that proceeds to destroy it. Elsewhere Thomas explains that the "Trinity Ghost" is responsible for a series of attacks on Imperial soldiers.
A few things in New Century Zero such as the black trap group scavenging ruins, seem to apply that it's been a long time since the war from Chaotic Century. Zoids such as the Geneo Saurer have become forgotten (possibly due to being too destructive with the charged particle gun).
Van and Thomas investigate the destruction of numerous Zoids after they are challenged to a battle by a mysterious group. Thomas is attacked and defeated and Van must battle a giant three headed Atack kat!
That entire fight is probably the best fight in any zoids anime. I was never much of a Zoids New Century fan, GF an CC were always my favourite, but this was just such an amazingly animated, visceral fight. Number 1 for me. Release Date: Episode Description. A lone Iron Kong moves to a place with windmills. 3 Saber Fangs appear and declare the Iron Kong's pilot guilty. The Iron Kong fires at them but they disappear. Suddenly a giant zoid with 3 heads appears, Cerberus. It fires at the iron kong and defeats it. Its 3 creators laughed as the iron kong burns.
While being chased by bandits a youn boy seeks refuge in some old ruins where he finds a small Zoids call Zeke and a mysterious girl called Fiona. While trying to escape the ruins Zeke revives an abandoned Shield Liger and helps Van and Fiona get away. Read More.
