•Check the spelling of the name and the domain, e.g. rachel or rachael and .com or .co.uk

If you have confirmed that your email is a Microsoft account, you can access it by following these steps:
•Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and enter your email address and password.

If you don't have a Microsoft account, or you want to create a new one, you can follow these steps:
1.Go to the Microsoft account sign-up page and click on Create account.
2.Enter your preferred email address, or click on Get a new email address to get a new one from Microsoft. You can choose from @outlook.com or @hotmail.com domains.
3.Create a strong password and click on Next.
4.Enter your first and last name and click on Next.
5.Select your country or region and your birthdate and click on Next.
