There are nine different endings to the game depending on the player's actions.
These are available after gaining enough loyalty from the factions through different tasks and deeds.
•Police: If the player accepts the offer from captain Yablonsky, ends with the newspaper reporting of his transfer as a motorcycle police.
•Mafia: If the player accepts the offer from Louie Tataglia, Jack quits his job as a police and becomes a mafia member.
•The Crew: If the player accepts the offer from Jerran Diggs, Jack again quits his to become a member of the Crew, but it is unknown for the public.
If the player gets the hold of the Senator's lost video tape, giving it to factions longing it will result to unique endings.
•Police: If the tape is given to Yablonsky, the FBI arrests the Senator and charges him for being involved in a corruption scandal, including corruption inside NYPD.
•Mafia: If the tape is given to Louie, the Mafia gives in exchange back to Jack the Senators stolen diamonds, clearing Jack's name and being reinstated as a homicide detective.
•The Crew: If the tape is given to Diggs, the Crew succeeds to murder the Senator.
•One-way ticket to Mexico: If the player pays 2000$ to the mafioso offering a new life outside of USA, Jack is found in an upcoming newspaper to be in Mexico, but the newspaper implies him being corrupt.
•A police officer on foot: If the player survives the 21st day, but everything above does not apply to Jack's situation, he will be killed in a dispute over a parking ticket in upcoming days. The newspaper publishes a writing in the same day with the title asking "Is a cop's life really worth so little?"
