Document Pickup/Drop-off
Come to 300 Caldwell Hall during office hours to pick up I-20, SSN letters, and DS-2019 or I-797 notices or to drop off documents. For more involved issues, please make an appointment.
Request Travel Signatures Online
If your I-20 or DS-2019 travel signature has expired: Request a travel signature online, and we will mail you the electronically signed document. You do not need to make an appointment to request a travel signature. Please note that a digital I-20 or DS-2019 with an electronic signature is fully acceptable for your travel needs.
