Instead I got two impossibly soft pillows of smooth almost polenta-like potato pan-seared and barely held together. They were delicious as was the accompanying chipotle dipping sauce. All for $7.99. Amazing. The service is also friendly and welcoming. When I am next in Lynchburg, all my breakfasts and lunches will be at Market at Main.
