The Hollywood Stars are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in late 1973 by manager/impresario Kim Fowley. The band was created as a West Coast answer to the New York Dolls during the height of the popularity of the glam rock genre.

Band Member. Terry started playing surf music 1964 with The Scamblers. In 1965, he put together the Driftones that later became The Yellow Payges. In 1966, Terry joined the Palace Guard – the house band at the Hullabaloo Club in Hollywood, replacing Emmit Rhodes.
