Constance M. Burge is an American television writer and producer. She is the creator of the television series Charmed (1998–2006) and the short-lived series Savannah (1996–1997). Burge was also a writer for Judging Amy, Ally McBeal and Boston Public, and has produced several other shows.

Her earliest memories are of a cul-de-sac in West Covina where she toddled along behind her older sisters Edie and Laura.
I think the only way Burge would revisit charmed would be a reboot using the same characters. As for the existing cast, frankly they're too old for pass for late twenties early thirties and a show about their children would very likely be the last thing Burge is interested in.
