The Star Sheriffs are dispatched to Planet Jar on a goodwill mission. They are there to offer their king an alliance with Calvary Command. When they arrive, they discover the planet under attack by the Outriders. The Star Sheriffs in RAMROD fight them off, but get accused of causing the attack.
Jesse Blue teams up with a gang of local desperadoes and plots an attack on Cavalry Command to get his revenge on the Star Sheriffs.
