McVie and Fleetwood are the only two members of the group to appear on every Fleetwood Mac album. McVie was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, as a member of Fleetwood Mac.

Nov 1, 2011 · Former Fleetwood Mac and Savoy Brown bassist Bob Brunning has passed away as the result of a heart attack. The musician, teacher and author was 68 when he passed away on Oct. 18.
Bob Brunning, a founder member of Fleetwood Mac and a stalwart of the British blues scene for five decades, has died after a heart attack aged 68. Brunning played with the group Savoy Brown and for many years led his own bands, often supporting visiting American musicians, while holding down a day job as a teacher.
