Two rockers, Joe and Hubbs, go on a quest for chicks in their Blue Torpedo and encounter Tack, a liar who leads them to a closed party in Torrance Beach. They also meet Lanie, a sexy girl who likes 151, and Jill, her daughter who is not impressed by them.
