The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport provides its students with knowledge, practical abilities and interdisciplinary competences which subsequently secure them employment opportunities on the labour market, depending on their creativity and personal development.
The Universitatea Națională de Educație Fizică și Sport (UNEFS), is one of the highest-profile higher education institutions in Romania, and was founded on 1 December 1922, in Bucharest. It was the tenth institution of its kind in the world and the fifth in Europe.
The faculty has over 600 students and 36 professors in Physical and sports education, Medicine, Kinesiotherapy, Psycho-pedagogy and Socio-human.
