Vance DeBar Colvig Jr. (March 9, 1918 – March 4, 1991) was an American actor and writer. He voiced the Chopper bulldog character on The Yogi Bear Show. In the 1980s, he made guest appearances in various films, television series, and music videos.
Vance Colvig Jr. was an actor and voice artist who appeared in UHF, Ghost Warrior and The Yogi Bear Show. He was also the first Bozo the Clown on KTLA-Channel 5 in Los Angeles from 1959 to 1964.

On October 3, 1967, Vance Debar "Pinto" Colvig died of lung cancer at the age of 75 in Woodland Hills, California. Vance Jr. donated his and his father's memorabilia to the Southern Oregon Historical Society in Pinto's hometown of Jacksonville in 1978.
