   • Montoro was also going through a divorce at the time. In 1984 he took the cash the company had left and disappeared. He has not been seen since. FVI went bankrupt a year later. Since he was living in LA and studying Spanish, it's thought he went to Mexico. If he's still alive he'd be in his 90's. He loved promoting films and he loved the high life.
