Mar 3, 2022 · Steve Budnack and his amazing team are celebrating 35 years of service to the communities of Parker, Elizabeth and Franktown — and without ever having paid staff. Our Chief of Police spoke of the valued partnership between Parker Police Department and the Task Force.
The Parker Task Force, an all-volunteer non-profit organization has assisted people in Parker for over 33 years providing food and limited financial assistance. Steve Budnack, the Director (a volunteer position) of the organization was ecstatic when Rivero called him with the news of the grant.
In closing The Parker Task Force family was faced with a totally unexpected and yet well-deserved retirement of its breathing, pulsating heart and leadership for the last 15 years in the departure of Steve Budnack.
We became involved with The Parker Task Force because of our connection with the person who runs it, Steve Budnack. In 2016 The Mortgage Co. was able to contribute with every closed loan and was lucky enough to almost hit $5,000 in charitable donations!
