Patrick Holland joined Banijay UK in 2022 from the BBC, where he was Director, Factual, Arts & Classical Music and Channel Controller of BBC Two. He oversaw the revitalisation of BBC Two and commissioned shows such as The Salisbury Poisonings , Top Gear and The Ranganation.

Holland, formerly channel controller of BBC2, will take up the role in the second quarter of next year, replacing Peter Salmon, another BBC alum who announced his departure from Banijay UK earlier today.
